Winglet Personal Transporter Gets In Those Hard To Reach Places

Toyota launches the "Winglet" dubbed a personal transport assistance robot that promises to deliver a safe and mobile lifestyle by offering advanced features to improve your mobility.

There are three models "L", "M", "S" available that appeal to different users (practical to hands-free sporty)

The Winglet ups the ante on the Segway with it's parallel link mechanism that's a cross between a Nintendo Fit board and a Segway. Move forward, back and even turn by shifting your weight.

Toyota excitedly demonstrated the 'M' model with no hands, while zipping around the stage. Don't worry about take a bend too fast, at 6km/h (max speed) it isn't exactly speedy.

The compact design is practical in real world situations especially with walking traffic around you and with Toyota stella reliability behind it, you'll be sure of troublefree mornings.
